All those attending the 2018 WorkSafe Conference are required to submit an online registration form and complete payment.

All registrations include entry to Conference sessions, day catering, name badge and delegate satchel

All registration fees are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Registration Acknowledgement

Once you have completed the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation email, along with an electronic tax invoice. Please contact the Conference Manager on 0439 336 511 if you do not receive a registration confirmation within 24 hours of completing the online registration form.

Credit Card Payments

When using the online payment system credit cards are processed directly by SecurePay eGate and EventSphere does not store or transmit your credit card details. SecurePay is a secure and PCI compliant platform.

A credit card surcharge of 2.5% is applied to all credit card payments. This is percentage charged by our payment facilitator, SecurePay for credit card payments and subscribes to the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Payment Surcharges) Act 2016.

Cancellations

Cancellations received on or before 35 days prior to the Conference will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. Unfortunately no refunds can be made for cancellations received within 35 days of the Conference (ie, after 17 September 2018). Cancellations must be received via email to naomi@eventsphere.com.au

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out appropriate insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
